Founded in 2002, Yiming Furniture(Pearl Way) is a 10-year-old business. From the beginning, we have been specializing in PE rattan furniture. Over the last 10 years, we have been constantly delivering stylish, functional and quality rattan furniture toour customers all over the world.
Our products have the following features: all-weather, UV-resistant, durable, relaxing, stylish and easy to maintain or clean. Our rattan furniture can be used in following places: garden, patio, yard, resort, hotel, club and villa.
Our factory consists of 5 production workshops which are bending, welding, powder-coating, weaving and packing. Most of our production activities are conducted manually. Our workers, especially the weavers and welders, are very stable and skilled. This is why we can always provide a constant and reliable quality level. In addition, we also have a 500-square-meter showroom, where our newly-designed products are presented.
Our mainraw materials are as follows: frame -- aluminum; covering -- PE rattan; cushion--polyesterand foam; accessories -- feet caps, bumpers, logos and hangtags, and table top-- glass. We apply AQL methodology to all our quality checks, ranging from IQC(Incoming Quality Check), IPQC (In-process Quality Check) to OQC (Outgoing QualityCheck). In addition, we also have a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist to follow up on quality corrections and carry out quality assurance procedures on a dailybasis. Quality: it is a word you hear a lot around Yiming. In fact, it is kind of an obsession for us. We think about it constantly. The quality of our staff, the quality of our work, the quality of our reports, the quality of our service, the quality of our lives - in everything we do, we want our quality to be the best.
In order to lift and maintain our craftsmanship, we organize Weaver of the Month and Welder of the Month contests to foster a constructive and positive atmosphere of competition. The winner of Championship will be entitled to an award and honor. Every new worker will be trained for one month until he masters the skills required for his position. Workers are rotated in different production workshops and as a result of this, we have quite a few all-rounders. For entry-level staff, we create a mentor program in which senior staff can train and coach them in a planned schedule.
We have regular designs from our loyal designers and we have in-house designers. A wide collection of rattan furniture is available to our customers. For some contract orders or projects, we can also make customizations as per the customer requirements. Each year, we launch new products on a regular basis to create a new fashion and trend in the rattan furniture industry. We combine stylishness, functionality, durability and comfort together into our final product -- rattan furniture.
In coming 2-3 years, we are going to increase our sales turnover to 40 million RMB, enlarge our design output to 30-40 new products each year and double ou rproduction capacity. With all these goals in our pipeline, we will be fully driven and motivated to implement more streamlined internal procedures and processes.
